2008 for Sun!

With support from her fans internationally, Sun has accomplished much in 2007. Her Mandarin album Embrace topped major music charts across Asia. On the other side of the globe, Sun’s English debut single Chinawine is making waves in America.

Sun’s hit song Spring Smile from the album Embrace emerged as the 2007 Top Ten Most Popular Hits of FM93.3, a highly recognized pop radio station in Singapore. In addition, Spring Smile topped the station’s weekly chart twice and was among the top 3 positions for 5 weeks consecutively! Remaining on the chart for 3 months after the release ofEmbrace, Spring Smile has brought lasting encouragement to many listeners.

 

 

Roxy Club and performance

With the launch of Wyclef Jean’s latest album, Carnival Vol. II: Memoirs of An Immigrant, MySpace.com and Vibe magazine held a special album release party for him at The Roxy in Los Angeles, and Sun was invited as a guest performer to duet with Wyclef on China Wine.

Dressed in a hot purple dress with black lace leggings, Sun bedazzled the crowd with her slick dance moves and fierce GEISHA persona. Drawn to her charismatic stage presence, the American crowd even followed Sun in shouting out Mandarin cheers! The “Asian Invasion” is indeed taking the US by storm!

Sun’s touring

Sun is touring soon. Together with Wyclef, she have been go through rehearsals in her dance and singing despite of her fever. She is very touched because the fans have been encouraging and supporting her. They would write msg to her. She hope that all her fans can come to support her in her tour.:)
